| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Floor plans showing precisely how the premises are to be used shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority before the use hereby approved is brought into operation. The reason for the condition is :- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the premises as no such details have been submitted. |
| 3. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- The Council's Access Officer has indicated that the premises will need to be fully accessible to people with disabilities to accord with the anticipated requirements of the Disability Discrimination Act (1995) which is due to be implemented in 2004. |
