| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The soundproofing work to the ground floor residential flat to be formed at the rear of No.26 shall be completed in accordance with the approved plan before the accommodation is occupied.
