1.	The proposal is contrary to Policies BNV1 and NNV4 of the Great Yarmouth Borough Wide Local Plan (Modifications Version) Spring 1999 in that use of the part of the adjacent field as additional curtilage to the existing dwelling would adversely affect the setting of the nearby scheduled monument and would have a significant adverse impact on the on the landscape, character and traditional built form of the area which is identified as 'landscape important to the broadland scene'. Furthermore the proposal would create a precedent for further changes of use of land in the locality contrary to the aims of the above mentioned policies resulting in the further erosion of open landscape important to the setting of the scheduled monument and the broadland scene.
