| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |

(i) ramped approach,
(ii) level standing at doorway,
(iii) flush threshold, and
(iv) wide (838mm) easy to open doors throughout new work, i.e. excepting the double doors. |
