| 1. | This permission expires on 8th. May 2005 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extention to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority the structure shall be removed from the site. The reason for the condition is:- In order to retain control over the structure which is of a temporary nature and in the interests of the amenities of the occupiers of nearby properties. |
| 2. | Any alteration to the cladding or appearance of the structure which might be necessary in terms of the Building Regulations shall be approved by the Local Planning Authority before any construction work is commenced. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of the amenities of the occupiers of adjacent property. |
| 3. | The structure shall only be used as a warehouse and shall not be used for any industrial activities without the prior permission of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt. |
