| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The sole means of access shall be via the existing access serving the adjoining Class A3 use; and prior to the commencement of the use hereby permitted the existing access adjacent to The Street shall be permanently closed or stopped-up in accordance with details to be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
