| 1. | This permission expires on 17th March 2005 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the stable shall be removed from the site.
The reason for the condition is :-
To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the development which is of a type that might become detrimental to the visual amenities of the locality. |
| 2. | No development shall take place until details of the height and design of the proposed post and wire fencing has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. This fencing, together with the repair of the existing post and rail fence, shall be completed before the stable is brought into use and shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details.

| 3. | No access shall be gained to the site direct from the B1159 Cromer Road.
