1.	The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.	The 'granny annexe' shown on the approved plan shall only be used by the the occupiers of the premises or their dependents and shall not be used as a separate unit of accommodation or let separately for holiday purposes.
