| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 17th.March 2000 and a minimum clearance of 2.44metres shall be maintained between the bottom of the roller shutter box and the public footway.
