1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
2. | Before the use hereby approved is brought into operation, detailed floor plans showing the extent of the premises to be used for casino purposes and any ancillary uses shall be submitted to, and approved in writing by, the Local Planning Authority and the premises shall not be used otherwise than in full accordance with such approved plans.
The reason for the condition is:-
For the avoidance of doubt and to ensure that the use of the premises takes place in the manner contemplated by the Local Planning Authority on the grant of this permission. |
3. | The casino shall not be operated between the hours of 4am and 8am on any day unless the Local Planning Authority gives written approval for any extension to this period.
The reason for the condition is:-
To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the use of the premises in the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby dwellings. |
4. | The existing car parking areas shall be kept clear of obstructions and be available for use at all times.
The reason for the condition is:-
To ensure adequate car parking facilities are provided. |
5. | This permission does not purport to convey consent for any external or internal alterations to the premises and details of these shall be the subject of fresh applications for planning permission and listed building consent.
