| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The potatoe store hereby approved shall be sited in accordance with the revised plan received by the Local Planning Authority on 20th. March 2000 and the cladding on the building shall be 'Olive Green' as shown on the colour chart submitted with the application. The reason for the condition is :- For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of visual amenity. |
| 3. | Within 3 months of the date of this permission a detailed planting scheme adjacent to the southern side of the building shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority and all planting shall be completed in accordance with the scheme as may be approved in the first planting season following the completion of the development. Any trees or shrubs so planted which die within 3 years shall be replaced within one year with others of a similar species unless the Local Planning Authority gives written consent to any variation. The reason for the condition is :- To reduce the visual impact of the development in the interest of the visual amenities of the locality. |
