1.	This permission, in so far as it relates to the proposed cabin, expires on 28th February 2005 and unless on or before this date application has been made for an extension to the period of permission and such application is approved by the Local Planning Authority, the cabin shall be removed from the site. The reason for the condition is :- To enable the Local Planning Authority to retain control over the development which is of a type that might become detrimental to the visual amenities of the locality.
