No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no windows or other openings shall be inserted in the wall of the south east elevation of the extension at first floor level or above, without first obtaining planning permission from the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of the adjoining property.

5.2. The Council's Access Officer has requested that the following items be incorporated in the proposed development in the interests of people with disabilities :- (i) ramped approach, (ii) level standing at doorway, (iii) flush threshold, and (iv) wide (838mm) easy to open doors throughout new work.
