1.The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.No development shall take place until there has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority a plan indicating the positions, design, materials and type of boundary treatment to be erected. The boundary treatment shall be completed before the use hereby permitted is commenced and shall be carried out in accordance with the approved details. 3.No development shall take place until further detail of the scheme of planting referred to in the applicant's letter of 24th February 2000 has been submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. This scheme shall be submitted within three months of the date of the planning permission or such other period agreed in writing with the Local Planning Authority. The scheme shall include details of size, species and spacing of hedges and shrubs, and arrangements for their protection and maintenance. It shall be carried out in the first planting season following the commencement of the use hereby permitted and shall make provision for re-planting where failures or damage occur within a period of five years from the date of planting. 4.The use hereby permitted shall be carried on only by the applicant and his family, and no commercial activities shall be undertaken at the site. The reason for the condition is :- In order to safeguard the character of the area and in the interests of highway safety.
