1.	The maximum luminance of the proposed sign shall not exceed 800 cd/m2. The reason for the condition is:- To preserve amenity and prevent danger to road users. Informative Note. The Director of Planning and Transportation has indicated that the Norfolk County Council reserves the right under Section 152 of the Highways Act 1980 and under the general provisions of Common Law to remove any sign causing obstruction or nuisance.
