1.The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.The site and buildings shall not be used other than in complete accordance with the details received with the agent's letter dated 11th. February 2000 and no additional areas shall be used for retailing purposes without the prior consent in writing of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure that the site is used in the manner contemplated by the Local Planning Authority on the grant of this permission as the site is outside any area shown for shopping on the Great Yarmouth Borough-Wide Local Plan
3.This consent insofar as it relates to the retailing of caravans and the sale of caravan parts and accessories, shall enure for the benefit of Great Yarmouth Caravans only and only for such period of time as the firm may be occupying the site as a whole for the main use of repairing and refurbishing caravans (Use Class B2) and the consent shall not enure for the benefit of the land nor of any other person for the time being having an interest therein. The reason for the condition is :- This permission is granted under exceptional circumstances for a form of development not normally permitted on industrial land by the Local Planning Authority and to enable the Authority to retain control over the use of the site.
4.Before the use hereby permitted is commenced the staff and customer car parking spaces shall be marked out in accordance with the submitted plan and these areas together with associated turning areas shall thereafter be kept clear of obstruction and available for use at all times. The reason for the condition is :- In order to ensure the retention and availability of the off-street parking in the interests of highway safety.
5.NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- a) If at any future date the applicant should wish to carry out development which requires ground breaking activities the Environment Agency should first be approached with regard to the risk of landfill gas infiltration. b) The Council's Access Officer has requested that the following items be incorporated in the proposal in the interests of people with disabilities :- i) level or ramped approaches to all doorways, ii) flush thresholds and level standings at doorways, and iii) wide (900mm. preferred, 838mm.minimum) easy to open doors.
