| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The existing Leylandi hedge on the western boundary of the site shall not be felled, reduced in height or damaged in any way without the prior consent, in writing of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is:- In the interests of the visual amenities of the locality and in the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of the nearby property. |
