1.	The change of use hereby approved shall provide accommodation for the occupiers of the adjoining dwelling, or their dependents, and shall not permit the occupation of this building as a separate dwelling. The reason for the condition is :- This permission is granted under exceptional circumstances for a form of development not normally permitted by the Local Planning Authority and to enable the Authority to retain control over the use of the site.
