| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | Before any reconstruction of the shop front is commenced details of the proposed joinery and the colour scheme shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of visual amenity as such details have not not been submitted. |
| 3. | NOTES - Please read the following notes carefully:- a) This permission does not purport to convey consent for the illuminated projecting sign shown on the submitted plan and for which a separate application is required under the Advertisement Regulations. b) The Director of Planning and Transportation has indicated that the canopy of the fascia must be maintained at a minimum height of 2.44m. above the level of the public footway. |
