| 1. | The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission.
The reason for the condition is :-
Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. |
| 2. | The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plan, Drawing No. 99.1029.01B, submitted with the agent's letter dated 25th February 2000.
The reason for the condition is :-
For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of adjacent property. |
| 3. | Notwithstanding the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 1995 (or any order revoking and re-enacting that Order with or without modification), no windows or other openings shall be inserted in the northern elevation of the pitched roof hereby permitted, without first obtaining planning permission from the Local Planning Authority.
