1.The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the revised plan, Drawing No. 99.1029.01B, submitted with the agent's letter dated 25th February 2000.
