No.Condition Text
1.The development must be begun not later than five years beginning with the date of this permission. The reason for the condition is :- Required to be imposed pursuant to Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.
2.No development shall take place until details of the construction of the extension to the existing car park have been submitted to and approved in writing by the the Local Planning Authority; and the Village Hall's improved facilities shall not be brought into use until that extension has been constructed in accordance with the approved details and the whole of the parking area (with the exception of the centrally located 5 no. car parking spaces) has been demarcated as indicated on the amended "Site Layout Plan", drawing no. 457/A3.04A. The car park shall not thereafter be used for any purpose other than the parking and turning of vehicles. The reason for the condition is :- To ensure the provision of adequate car parking facilities.
3.The Village Hall's improved facilities shall not be brought into use until the width of the existing site access has been increased to 5.5 metres as indicated on the amended "Site Layout Plan", drawing no. 457/A3.04A. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of highway safety.
4.The existing trees indicated on the amended "Site Layout Plan", drawing no. 457/A3.04A, as being retained, shall not be felled or damaged in any way without the prior consent in writing of the Local Planning Authority. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the visual amenities of the locality.
5.The Village Hall, as enlarged, shall not be open for functions after 23.30 hours on any day excepting 31st December in each year. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby property.
6.No amplified or other music shall be played in the Village Hall, as enlarged, after 23.30 hours on any day other than 31st December in each year. The reason for the condition is :- In the interests of the residential amenities of the occupiers of nearby property.
